About the Founder – Shashank D. Chauhan
Shashank D. Chauhan is the Founder of DIOZE, a diamond and jewelry manufacturing company based in Surat, India. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the diamond and jewelry industry, he brings strong technical expertise, creative vision, and ethical values to the business.
He is a Certified IGI Diamond Graduate with in-depth knowledge of all diamond shapes, colors, and sizes, working across both natural and lab-grown diamonds. His expertise includes classic and fancy cuts, custom specifications, and precise quality assessment to ensure consistent standards.
In addition to diamond sourcing and grading, Shashank has extensive experience in end-to-end jewelry manufacturing. He is capable of executing any jewelry design across gold, platinum, silver, and gemstone categories. From concept development and CAD design to prototyping and final production, he plays a key role in transforming creative concepts into finely crafted jewelry.
Shashank holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and Business Law from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom. This academic background provides him with a strong understanding of international business practices, financial discipline, and regulatory compliance, which directly supports DIOZE’s structured and transparent operations.
DIOZE was founded with a clear vision to build a globally recognized diamond and jewelry manufacturing company driven by precision, creativity, and ethical practices.
